This QUE proReader (think Amazon’s Kindle but a little cooler) from Plastic Logic features a shatterproof display (8.5 x 11-inches), 3G wireless capabilites, it’s less than 1/3-inch thick, touchscreen, and lets you read books, PDF files, Word files, PowerPoint and Excel files on it. E-Books will become available for the QUE proReader through QUEreader.com, powered by Barnes & Noble, and its first official public viewing should be at next year’s CES show in Vegas on January 7. No price has been announced yet.
